The Best Digital Perm in Tampa Florida !
At Anna Bang Hair Design.
What is a digital perm?
Digital Perm is new technology developed in Japan and is now very popular in Japan, South Korea and
other Asian countries.
Clients hair is wrapped around with ceramic rods that are controlled digitally by computer.
This technology combined with special perm solution and thermal waving techniques will create soft and
bouncy waves while leaving your hair in excellent condition rather than tight spiral perm.
A normal perm basically requires only perm solution.
A Digital Perm requires different solution plus heat.
Unlike the conventional cold perm which tends to make you look older because of dry and frizzy curls,
Digital Perm is totally different.
It will make you look younger and sexier by giving you smooth and natural looking curls.
Difference between a normal perm and a digital perm
Difference between a normal perm and a digital perm. The biggest difference between other perms and a
digital perm is the shape and the texture of the wave created by the digital process.
A normal perm, or a “cold perm”, makes the wave most prominent when the hair is wet, and loose when it is
dry. The hair tends to look moist and as locks.
A digital perm makes the wave most prominent when the hair is dry, and loose when it is wet. Therefore you
can create the dry and curly look of the curl iron or the hot curler. The digital perm requires heat, so it is also
called a “hot perm” in comparison to the “cold perm”.
Digital perms thermally recondition the hair, though the chemicals and processing are similar to a straight
perm. One's hair often feels softer, smoother, and shinier after a digital perm than before it.
For people with straight hair,
Digital Perm is the best alternative for you.
The result is a shiny natural curl as opposed to the grandma's look in the conventional perm.
With Digital Perm blow drying and curling iron are now the thing in the past.
Setting Perm
Similar to the Digital Perm, the Setting Perm also involves a thermal waving technique that involves heated
ceramic rollers. While the Digital Perm uses a milder heated temperature, the Setting Perm uses a slightly
higher temperature to create neater and more prominent looking curls and waves.
This perm is recommended for those who like more prominent looking waves and curls as oppose to looser
and natural looking ones like what you would get from a Digital Perm. Great for virgin hair, to fairly healthy
hair with minimal damage. This perm also has a long lasting style retention, easy manageability, and flexible
control in styling hair.
